Refund Policy

At Mustion Trade LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Custom Orders

All of our products are custom-manufactured to your specifications (logo, size, color, quantity). Because of this:

– Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

– We strongly recommend requesting a sample before placing a bulk order.

2. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive products that are defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was agreed upon, we will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

– A full or partial refund.

– Replacement of the defective items at no additional cost.

To be eligible, you must:

– Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

– Provide photos or video evidence of the defect or discrepancy.

– Contact us at wlei@bagbro1.com with your order number.

3. Cancellations

– Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge.

– After 24 hours, if production has not yet begun, a partial refund may be issued minus any materials or setup costs already incurred.

– Once production has begun, cancellations are not accepted.

4. Shipping Issues

– We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

– If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email us at wlei@bagbro1.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Order Number]”. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos. We will respond within 3 business days.
