– All products are made-to-order and customized according to buyer specifications.
– Minimum order quantities apply (starting at 500 units for most products).
– Product images on the Site are for illustrative purposes. Final product appearance may vary slightly from samples due to production tolerances.
– We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
3. Pricing and Payment
– All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
– Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– We accept payment via Stripe and other methods indicated at checkout.
– Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Shipping and Delivery
– We offer door-to-door delivery. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
– Rush orders (7-day production) are available upon request and may incur additional charges.
– Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Intellectual Property
– By submitting logos, artwork, or designs for customization, you confirm that you own or have the rights to use such materials, and you grant us a limited license to use them solely for production purposes.
– We retain all rights to our Site content, branding, and original designs.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mustion Trade LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or Site.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
